Hello Overclock.net

Thread Starter
Whats good everyone!!

Just your average guy here from Massachusetts and iv'e finally decided to go through the dreadful 4 second create an account process.(haha) I built my very first rig upon sandy bridge release and at that point with my limited knowledge and experience i was just absolutely horrified with the thought of my fresh new computer components and liquid cooling so i decided to stay away from it for my first machine. and i just went with a moderate air cooled setup which i thought would be much safer for the noobsauce that i was.

it a decent setup really no need to upgrade:

intel i7-2600k
asus maximus 4 extreme p67
nvidia gtx 560 ti (spent all my money on the motherboard (geez)
8GB G skill Ripjaws
intel x-25 SSD 80gb
500gb western digital hdd
some x-fi soundblaster card i forget
and i went with the Thermalright Silver Arrow for the cpu cooling (i know its a top of the line cpu "air cooling" product, but im not sure if i like it more for that or the name. call me crazy hehe)
Coolermaster haf x case
with a slew of fans
and i think i replaced the back panel exhaust fan with a decent noiseblocker fan.

i believe ocn users are well aware of how limited cpu components "limelight" time is and well with some inspiration from alot of the build on this forum and a few other pages, as well as the time table for when haswell/ gtx 7xx series releases, and stacking some more funds on top of my tax return it all seems like its lined up perfectly for me to attempt my first watercooled build.

Well i always love to come here to the forums on ocn, as its frigging awesome how every thread is stacked with typically a insightful response to someones question, often times with various different answers or solutions. excellent debates and links and graphs for everything its lovely. and lets not mention all the sweet rigs that everyone puts up here to share with the world.

Thank you all for having me!!
