Emergency Meeting is called: "GeForce Titan NVIDIA's emergency/knee-jerk reaction to AMD's getting cozy with game developers " Looks like AMD called an emergency press conference to give answers on AMD's plan against the Titan.
First of all I am no fanboy. I have 2 PCs, one with GTX 670s and the other has a 7870 @1920x1080. As PC gamers we are all on the same side! So lets not turn this into an AMD vs Nvidia battle. It is good that each company is keeping the other on its toes. This gives us consumers:

- Better technology, as each rival company is pushing the envelope further and further
- Better prices, as each company is trying to compete
- Better Performance. Shown in the Titan which i believe will really shin at higher QHD resolutions and multi-monitor setups
- Better incentives/freebies. Seen now with free games and virtual money combine with hardware purchases
