No its stock clocks. Remember TDP = maximum of power the cooling system have to dissipate, not the actual power draw.
Nvidia`s homepage says "minimum 550W" as system requirement for a 680 and "minimum 600W " for Titan. Obviously for the entire system

GTX 680 draw 228W as maximum while the TDP is 195W. So since TDP = 250W for Titan, one would assume around 300W for Titan is correct thumb.gif

I'm planning on sticking with my 2500k @ 4.4ghz for the single Titan. It'll do 5ghz on this ITX board but I like my low temps and silent fans. I'm not replacing this cpu until Intel really impresses me with another jump in per core performance. Most people I've seen on this thread seem to be rocking Sandy or Ivy and will have no need to worry about a bottleneck with a single card and most likely not with 2 titans either (overclocked 4ghz+).

PCI-E extender cables would allow 4-way titans with a 5th one as a physX card.

Alternatively you could just run 7 for some workstation awesomeness.

Usually when I search my wallet for money I only find a few cents. Let me know if you happen to have a extra grand just laying around that you didn`t know of tongue.gif
