that being said I am HOPING the titans still crush my classifieds LOL:thumb:

We have seen Titan overclock up to 1200MHz on air in a video here somewhere. We don`t know more than that I`m afraid. You`ll have to wait till tomorrow, since there is gonna be a lot of reviews with 3way-Titans.

Buy a GeForce GTX Titan if you have a trio of 1920x1080/2560x1440/2560x1600 screens and fully intend to use two or three cards in SLI. In the most demanding titles, two GK110s scale much more linearly than four GK104s (dual GeForce GTX 690s). Three Titan cards are just Ludicrous Gibs!

Woa, that was like 70 pages complaining about the price. eek.gif I truly wonder how fast these will sell out.

Are we still sure that retailers will have availability tomorrow? What I have heard is that availability is mostly postponed to next week for most places.

It really is wishful thinking redface.gif

If they crippled it's compute features and focused entirely on gaming then I can see it being reasonably close to a Titan, but Nvidia would be stupid to do that since AMD has nothing on the horizon and all they need is a 15-20% performance boost over the 680 and they'd be fine.

There's no point in pricing it at $500 and making it perform like a Titan since it would lower hype for Maxwell and cut sales of Titan and the GTX 680.

I do feel lucky, I can daily game at 1400mhz and 7200 ram in 4 way, I think 3 of them can clock higher with ram ... so I think with 1.35v I could probably rock a 1430/1440 core and 3 of these might hit 7500mhz ram...

BUT I STILL WANT MORE HAHAHAHAHAHA

no 780 for me it it TITAN or wait till maxewell

http://www.overclock.net/t/1317142/tpu-nvidia-kepler-refresh-gpu-family-detailed

Looking back at this rumor thread from October makes me laugh and cry at the same time:
Quote:
The GK110 will take back the reins of powering NVIDIA's flagship single-GPU product, the GeForce GTX 780. This product could offer a massive 40-55% performance increase over GeForce GTX 680, with a price ranging anywhere between US $499 and $599 [<----sad-smiley-002.gif]. The same chip could even power the second fastest single-GPU SKU, the GTX 770. The GK110 physically packs 2880 CUDA cores, and a 384-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface.
