Hmm. I didn't realize they didn't officially support it on 580/680s. Maybe that's why scaling sucks - they haven't bothered to optimize it.

That 4th card would give a very tiny amount of performance for $1000 and 3 of these would likely max everything even on 3x 1600p monitors. You have a single 1440p monitor, and 4x GTX 680s is by far overkill for that. You'd be better dropping that korean monitor, getting a quality IPS 1600p panel (Or 3x 1440ps) for $1000-$1500 and 3 Titans (Still insane overkill). The only way I could justify 4 cards is if your trying to push for a world record with nearly unlimited income.

IMO, I see no reason to upgrade your current computer.. and i'm always the one saying "overkill or nothing, don't tell people how to spend their money, etc", but your current computer is extreme overkill, and now you want 4x Titans for a single 1440p? Unless you are running 3x 1440p monitors and just didn't add all 3 to your config?

This is Crysis 3 maxed out ("Very High", SMAA MGPU (2x), 16xAF) across 3 1600P monitors (3x Dell U3011 in Portrait Mode) @ 5160x2560:

3 GTX-Titans against GTX-680 Classified 4-Way SLI would be interesting. I'm betting that I would need 4 GTX-Titans to run games like Crysis 3 ~ 60FPS on a setup like mine.
