my opinion would be the top

"heat rises"

you could put your fans under and have them pushing air through the radiator out the top and the rest of your fans on the computer as intake fans

the only way to surely benefit more than push or pull is to run a push+pull setup

from what i've read, the radiator will work the same whether you push air through it or pull air through it, the rest depends on your case, intake/exhaust fans and where your rad is smile.gif

My radiator is on the top of the case and the rest of the fans are intakes.. i have 2 on the side2 on the front and1 on the back all intakes. The only exhaust is the 2 140s for the radiator.

If you have it on the top, as heat rises, it would be best to have the fans as an outflow pulling the air out of the case to the outside. The extra temp from the air inside of your case going through the rad doesn't make much of a difference.
