Looks really nice. It's a good start for HTC again. I wish they would make some of their QWERTY phones again; those QWERTY HTCs were really nice.
I changed the battery on my old HTC Desire recently, as it had degraded to the point of providing unstable voltage to the phone, and the phone was crashing. One new battery later, solid charge, stable phone, longer lasting phone.
Removable batteries do two things: Give aesthetics and ensure you can't replace it when it degrades and you'll need a new device.
I don't care about aesthetics and I don't want to have to buy a new device if I don't have to. My phone will still have value when my contract is up.
