Is there a thread that discusses the actual game? I haven't come across one yet...

Going to need to see SLi GTX 670/680 results for 1600p!
I have been contemplating doubling up.

Now that PS4 is confirmed to have 8 core Jaguar CPU we will see more game engines utilize 8 threads effectively. Xbox next also seems to be 8 core Jaguar. Cryengine 3 and Frostbite 2 are showing the future is more about multi-threaded performance.

Its funny how Intel guys are so petty they cant even concede that vishera is a good chip for gaming. To busy trying to justify their purchase I guess.

For the record I do not believe FX is the best. I am just pointing out Intel core i5's are not as superior as some like to think.

Dude what happened you get scarred? You keep saying how delusional us AMD guys are since you have the exact same GPU as me care to run some benches and games to see how superior it is?

This is the second time im giving you the opportunity to prove me wrong......don't be scarred I just have a lil FX chip.

I suggest we load up Fraps bench along with same settings and clocks on crysis 3, BF3, Metro 2033, and im open to any other ones as well.

Convieniantly not gonna see this post either I bet. rolleyes.gif

I have been contemplating doubling up.

A gtx 690 is in the review. I think I have it mixed up. Is it 2 x 680 on the 690?

Thought you would have been different..

I'm not sure why anybody would think PD were bad CPU's? Just not as good as Intel for the most part...

i think its pretty clear thats only happened recently..until crysis 3 pretty much every game ran better on intel chips(even battlefield, tbh)

calling others out is just dumb at this point, let's be honest.. the x86-64 chip space could use a bit of competition, and the fact that AMD is catching up should be good news for all of us
