The blizzard is long over...even the plow truck came the 27th. They brought packages on Wednesday(no snow since late Tuesday), then they "left packages as warehouse" on Thursday...they even delivered to the house next door. I tried live chat and speaking with them and they just tell me "to check online for an update", their customer service is polite but completely worthless. They are devoid of any knowledge beyond "I don't know", "check the online status", and "let me check your online status, your online status says ___".
Left package at warehouse is not ok.....let me know why...."the driver felt your a jerk so he left it behind", "the driver just wanted to troll you, haha", or "FAIL!!!"...all of these are acceptable substitutes.
