AMD Opteron 144

Thread Starter
Hey,
I just finished overclocking my system and I got my Opty to run at 2.6. I got it to 3 ghz before but couldnt get my memory to stable. Im air cooling with a zalman CNPS 9500 and I have a fan blowing on my ram (as if something that simple brings down your temp 10 degrees).
I am looking for some feed back and suggestions before i go push for 3Ghz again. My ram is ddr OCZ PC3200 Platinum and my benchmark was 33 seconds, im a complete n00b when it comes to timing so i am wondering if my timing is ok ( i have been getting headshot alot in counterstrike lately )

Thank you for reading
Jarek

yeah, I bumped Almost everything everything in my timing by one clock and i have been changing my FSB:RAM Ratio lower ever couple Mhz i went up on FSb. Right now i tried to i bumbed up my FSB BUS to 300 Mhz how ever I CPU-Z says it is 298, Is this due to a physical limition due to my timing? or is just because of something else. I ran Orthor for about 11 hours last night and everything seems stable. I like really tight timing however, I am unsure of my skills when numbers get big. Any help, advice, guidence is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Jarek
