I did really enjoy the game (Story, graphics, physics, action) until inferno, poor drops and the auction house forced me into farming gold for better gear. Hahaha that got old really fast.

Has that changed?

Diablo has and always will be one of my favorite games, next to SMB1/3. And I don't share this feeling you have.

Yeah it lost that gritty dark gothic feel we all loved from previous diablo games...they replaced it with world of warcraft style children's graphics to attract the mainstream kiddies...who can blame them tho?

A million times this. I could get over the storyline. I can get over not-so-scary moth girl. But the graphics are just plain bad, in design and in quality. Covering it all up with endless particle effects doesn't change the fact that SC2 looks prettier by far. D3 looks like it was built on the WC3 engine with a complete disregard to graphics quality.

I could deal with the graphics... but going backwards on random map generation, character building, and loot is unacceptable.

And of course the Necromaner and Amazon were way too much unlike Warcraft, so they had to add the Drow Rang... er... Assassin and the Witch Doctor. Wouldn't want any WoW kiddies feeling out of place. tongue.gif

not really sure why you are all complaining. Think of all the consoles out there, so many people for them to sell the game to, its very smart on their part. My wife loved the BG Dark Alliance games, she might really get a kick out of D3 on our ps3.

This is pretty cool for the console users that want to play the game.

Also if you didn't know, you can hook up a mouse and keyboard to the ps3. My brother used to play unreal tournament 3 with MnK plugged into the console.
