I bet it's gonna cost $ 499.99 for the lowest Ps4 model.
It's doing 1080p @ 30 on the initial DEV kit specs which was really underpowered compared to the final dev kit released in January.
APU not discreet GPU

Along with the PSU, I wouldn't be surprised if the next PS4 chassis looks like swiss cheese just to keep the heat under control.
it uses an APU and the PSU can be outside of the box, no need to bundle it inside.
APU is rated @ 50w as it's a mobile/tablet part TDP should be way down.

I'm still holding my bets that these heavy 3D games won't run 1080p native xD
Maybe around 900p with some nice AA. (similar to the PS3 and PSVita situation with their flagship graphics titles)
Killzone is already confirmed @ 1080p/30hz... it's using around the same architecture as a AMD 7850, it can do it, devs might give up chasing 60hz just to improve graphical quality but not because it CAN'T do it.

Also up to 4 GB of it will be used for video RAM because of 4K Blu-ray.
Any source to that? so far the only thing that has been dedicated is the OS to 1/2 core of the CPU and 512MB of RAM, all background tasks are handled by a seperate processor, in either case, it's a unified pool of RAM and it's been left up to developers on how to use/split it.
I never got the console hate on OCN, it's like some of you believe the PC gaming following can sustain the gaming industry...
