I need to get a new power supply and I've been looking at the seasonic x-400, it's enough for what I"m running and fanless for sweet silence. If I send the cables and sleeving how much would it cost for someone to do it for me?

Or is there somewhere you can buy them pre-sleeved? Don't really mind what colour, but if I get someone to do it I'll buy some mdpc-x sleeving.
