I suggest spending the extra cash and getting RAM sticks that are guaranteed D9, like these SUPER TALENT 2GB (2 x 1GB) T800UX2GC4 for $285shipped ($265AR) or these DDR2 533 TXDD2048M533HC3DC (they can reach DDR2 1000 even though they are rated for DDR2 533) for $256.

Not sure of your budget so:

EVGA 680i for $250 or the ASUS P5B for $183. The P5B is a more solid board and will clock higher, but the 680i has SLI support and some need features.

E6600 for $310.

2GB of Crucial DDR2-1000 for $283

8800GTS for $430 or a 8800GTX for $630.

2 WD 160GB 7200RPM 16mb L2 SATA RAID 0 for $130 (or 1 for $65 to save money)

DVD Drive for $31 (or 2)

550 Watt Sunbeam NUUO
for $75, a 600 Watt OCZ for $102, or a 610 Watt PC Power and Cooling for $160

Antec 900 for $140, Gigabyte 3D Aurora for $130, or a Cooler Master Stacker for $155.

im gona go ahead and give these buffalo firestix a shot, some guy at newegg says below

Pros: Running this memory on asus m2n32 sli @ 1095mhz with timings of 4-3-12 2t cas 5...rediculous memory, extremely impressed

Cons: non, amazing memory

Other Thoughts: bump voltage up to 2.2+V to get overclocking results past 1000mhz...ram runs cool no problems for me at 2.25V

other people say this ram is great as well. btw if everyone waits to see if other people give good reviews, no one will submit reviews cuz noone will buy em lol

i would really like to know if they am d9s tho.
