What is the budget? For good and Cheap you have the XFX 650W Pro if you can spend a little more go with CORSAIR TX-650M or SEASONIC GOLD X-660

Do you want to leave room for SLI later on? If not, any of the recommended 500-599W units on this list should be plenty.

I'd recommend this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139016
Alternatively, anything from Seasonic or Corsair (who mostly rebrands Seasonic PSU's) will be ideal if its wattage is above 550. Personally I'd recommend a ~600W PSU, anything above 750W is overkill for most people.

Also, is there any chance of changing some of your components? Here are my suggestions:

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147096 (16GB is WAY too much for the majority of people; this can easily be overclocked to 2400MHz.)
SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147188
Keyboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823114029 (Mechanical. Membrane keyboards like the Lycosa are complete garbage, and this thing is better IMO than the more expensive Blackwidow/Blackwidow Ultimate.)
CPU Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608024
or
http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=79583&vpn=H220&manufacture=Swiftech (Ignore the AIO uncustomizable loops.)
Skip purchasing an optical drive, if possible, or reuse your previous one. You also need an operating system. Best of luck with your rig.

You also need a case. I highly recommend the Define R4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352021
You may also want to purchase some fans.

What will you be doing with the system and where are you buying from precisely? (link the shop/s)
