^This. I've ordered from them several times and there service and products have been good and I'd order from them again. I know it sucks when we make mistakes but blaming the company for not being able to stop an order that you clicked OK on and agreed to buy when you completed the order isn't their fault. Sometimes we have to live with our mistakes and learn from them. Also if you ordered on Friday that means they were closed for the next two days that you are saying they didn't respond. If you ordered after they were closed on Friday I would bet it was packaged and shipped Monday morning before anyone in their CS department even had a chance to do something about it.

Gota agree with some of the others you made the mistake you cant really blame them for it and as for support some of the watercooling sites arent that big so it can take days to get support from them.

Also you ordered on Friday, from experience small online stores are not open weekends and take 24/48 hours to respond to e-mails. So by what you have stated there is nothing unusual and they have done nothing wrong after all it was your mistake and once it's shipped they would have to pay even if they stopped it b4 it reached it's destination.

I do agree with some of you that he made a mistake and it is his fault. I think if a company wants to keep customers happy they should offer some options in changing there orders or respond to emails fast. If it was my company i would defiantly give some kind of options to change orders. Frozencpu and performance pcs offer good options and respond super fast. Just my 2 cents

I don't use these guys anymore. Last time I used them, I ordered two of something. They sent one, and the slip informed me that the other was on back order. It said it was in stock when I ordered. OK, that made me a little cross, however, it was not until two weeks later when I finally contacted them and ascertained that the item was not expected for over six months that I really got pissed. I, of course, immediately cancelled it and got it from a US company. They did not even apologize for the lack of proper, timely notification.

I had a bad experience on my first order (and last) order.

I ordered parts and was assured on their site and with employees that there wasn't going to be any extra fees as part of their policy/arrangement with UPS. I ended up paying $25 in extra fees, and when I called them out on it, they apologized and promised to refund me, which they did. But only for $20. I'll take what I can get; but never ordering from these guys again.

Being a Canadian too, I NEVER get anything shipped by UPS. They always quote lower than evrryone else, even cheaper than snail mail. But at the border they always tack on 'brokerage fees' which nobody else does.
I bought a 30$ tool from the USA and those @#%`! morons at UPS charged me 35$ of brokerage fees for a 30$ item.

And OP, I had a similar experience with Aquatuning, as I too screwed up an order. They said it was corrected but it was not. Still, I blame mostly myself but I wish their costomer support would have been better at catching and correcting my blunder.

I've ordered a few items from them without any major issues. Packaging was always good with one exception where they sent an Aqua Computer D5 pump (wrapped in bubble wrap) in an envelope. All other orders (including two glass reservoirs) arrived in perfect condition (BTW, the pump was not damaged).

Whenever there is an issue I always deal with Pascal Bregeon (info@aquatuning.us) and he usually respond the same business day.

Aquatuning is the only online store, for Canadian customers at least, that has a lot of Aquacomputer items in stock. Dazmode and Sidewinder Computers offer a more personalized experience, but for what it is Aquatuning is pretty decent with a large product selection.
