Final Fantasy 14 - A Realm Reborn Benchmark 2.0 - Page 4

You have about the same score I had on my gtx 570 that was overclocked. I think if you Oc'd you'd get at least 7500 easily.

Speaking of, an updated benchmark has been released at http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/benchmark/

It adds full screen mode and borderless windowed mode. Still no SLI or Xfire support apparently.

I'm not sure if other people will notice it, but evidently for me, haven't confirmed it on a friends comp with a similar CPU, but disabling Hyper Threading artificially boosts you score. I just figured this out this morning. It could be a motherboard thing for me, I dunno.

Hyper Threading On = 9800 Score on Maximum. OC'ed CPU and GPU.

Hyper Threading Off = Anywhere between 10k to 17k.

Also, if you ALT TAB the benchmark while it's running, at least for me again, it will, again, ARTIFICIALLY BOOST YOUR SCORE. If you want your real score, let the benchmark run on your monitor, and don't touch anything.

I let it run alt tabbed for the entire bench and scored over 17,000. So. Not sure what that's all about. And hello, gl0ry, thought your named looked familiar.

Hyper Threading off. The Beta is offline again, so I can't confirm any performance increases with HT off, or if it's just an issue with my computer and Windows 8.
