[SOLVED]Victim of CPU degradation?

Thread Starter
I was running 4.3Ghz on 1.112-1.120V for the last month.I have never had problems but i have never tried 12h prime95.Only 20 passes on IBT.I was gaming perfectly,no WHEA errors and stuff, everything was just fine.Yesterday, I started getting WHEA errors, gaming instability, but still pass IBT 20 runs fluently. What is happenning? How is it possible for my CPU to degrade on so low voltage? I was running 4.7Ghz for one week too - at 1.28V and 4.5Ghz for 1 months - on 1.228V.What the heck?? I'll really appreciate any help!
I haven't switched BIOS-es ,nothing.I've only ran Advanced SystemCare and CCleaner Registry cleaner.

FIXED: Yesterday,a really weird noise came from my case, the case fan i think.I then turned the system from the switch on the PSU,which i guess messed up something with the BIOS.I was with the wrong settings. Now everything is fine.Thx to all that responded!

Test with Prime. IMC or Memory unstable most likely.

I've had to up my voltage a little bit over time. Happens with most CPU's. I used to run my chip at 4.5ghz with 1.255v, but now I need 1.26/1.265. Although I have also done some high benching too so that might be a result from that too.

Yes,but i have been running it like that for whole month,no problems what so ever.I haven't go over 1.4V for which i went for only a fraction of a second,to get in the 5ghz club.I have always been under 1.3V.I've had the memory with the same settings since October 2012.
