It's better and if you have a buyer for ~$1500 for yours 680s, then it may be worth the $500 upgrade and hassle for you. It will only get better with drivers, and Titan will overclock better increasing the gap. It's not *needed* at all on your current computer, and you'll be getting 60+ FPS on both systems at 1440p... but if you have the upgrade bug, it's your money.

I also highly doubt you will get as much as you think for your 680s since used ones will be flooding the market soon.

LOL, there is something to the newer is better mentality.

However my computer actually has 3 monitors, its kinda a weird setup but basically i use the 27 (2560x1440) as my primary/gaming, I use a 24 (1920x1080) as web surfing/ other programs while playing and the 3rd 17" to run teamspeak/steam/chat programs while playing.

I would really like to see the numbers from a 2x Titan setup and compare them to a 3x 680 setup if I can... I guess that might be the deciding nail in the coffin either way.

Are they Classifieds that you can connect the EVBot too or the ones with the connector removed?

Unfortunately they are the ones that are removed. But like I said I have a buyer for at least 2 of them, and possibly the third as well. However, would ONLY upgrade if I could sell all three for $1500 (or more)

Not trying to be rude but i dont see the point of buying a used 680 classified for 550 without voltage control when you can get a brand new 680 lightning with voltage control for 499

Yea, he won't get anywhere near $1500 for all 3 of them.

I think you'd end up spending about $750-$800 to upgrade to 2x Titans. Look at the graphs I linked about and see if that price is worth the gains to you.

Because lightnings only have 2gb of VRAM. Classys have 4, which at 1440/1660 comes in really handy. and again, if he buys all 3 it will be $500/each instead of $550. The VRAM is/was worth it to me, and these cards are less than 3 months old. Basically brand new.

tbh mate, it doesn't matter at all if they are basically brand new, the second titan got released they bottomed out...

If you're gonna blow $1500 on GPU's (I.E your 680's), you probably should have probably waited and read the news for new releases. I think you'll get around $1200 - $1300 for all 3 if you're lucky.

Yeah. Classy's were way overpriced to begin with. They always catered to people who were more likely to buy "the best GPU" (quotes because I never really agreed with this but accept the fact that most saw it that way) than the best value GPU.
Now that Titan's out, I'd say $350-$400 is an appropriate price, but who knows? There are some pretty stupid buyers out there.

No reason to condescend. Firstly I got the cards through upgrades of other's pc's as payment, so I didnt "blow" anything. Secondly since they were from upgrading it wasnt a cash option. Third I already have someone (as mentioned 3 times now) willing to buy 2 of them for $1k. Now if i just find one more buyer and get my taxes back then I should be able to get the second titan.

Since 2x 680 classys outperform a 690 and with my sale cost the same amount, it wouldnt be a stupid buyer but a smart one that would save themselves $200. Especially since the buyer knows I have taken pristine care of them.
