GeForce GTX 680 4GB.
memory 4 GB - GDDR5Core
clock speed 1006 MHz
Processor boost clock speed 1058 MHz

but titan is a good option . but titan is 6gb gddr5. but a lot lower clock speed? so the gtx 680's are in the middle. 4 gb instead of 3 + higher clock speed in comprising to titan.
Clock speed means nothing, the Titan at 800MHz is still more powerful than the 680 at 1100MHz. The Titan is the most powerful and has the most vram.

This it is a bunch of factors which determine actual performance, but may I ask what you are planning on doing with this kind of equipment.
As 1080P anything above 7950/gtx680 is overkill.

You could run Crysis 3 maxed with MSSA lowerd a tad you won't spot the difference.
Otherwise get the Titan it will prevent you from headaches with sli or xfire

The 680 will struggle dealing with 3 monitors, even with 4GB vram because of its low memory bandwidth. The Titan or dual 7970s are the only options to be honest.

A pair of those will do
No, XFX cards are awful, especially in crossfire because they have terrible coolers.
