You have crysis 3 right?

Did 1 of your 7970's will run crysis 3 @ 1080P with 8xAA and avg 50 fps?

Hell no...

You know linus reads and posts on this board right? Only his identity is a secret, he hasn't told anyone.

What if I blew your mind and told you that Majin is actually Linus?

I'm just kidding. Or am I?!

So that hardware would require software to run properly and even will require to read the api to process whats going on there...

The capture card reads information directly from the DVI cable. It doesn't read any api. It sees exactly what would be going to the monitor.

Here is where they explain the process.

Hell no... I WISH!!!!

This is serious flaming material my friend

Ares 2 loosing? seriously 53 fps? lol

Crysis 3 is a brand new game though. The anomalous results were almost certainly due to driver issues especially with the Ares...

EDIT - And no Xoleras, I'm not Linus! I wish (you seen his house)!

I'm totally not getting your point. What are you complaining about?

This crap is so off topic.

I haven't played Crysis 3 yet so I have no idea what good numbers for the 7970 even are to be honest...

Eurogamer aka Digital Foundry do something similar to test the same stuff on consoles...

We should care i mean his obviously misleading people... You cannot do with 1 titan @ 1080P 8XAA and avg that amount of frames is IMPOSSIBLE..
I would buy 1 right now and drop my 2 gpus at this very moment and my cc's are clean of debt at this very moment for that kind of performance XD

Its like saying WHY WE SHOULD CARE ABOUT TITAN and FRAME TIMES>.... We are here talking because we DO CARE....
