Thoughts/Advice on my build

First of all, I want to specify what this rig will be for. I do a lot of CAD drafting and 3-D Modeling, and game whenever I have time.(Close to never lol) But I do game nonetheless. Now that that's out of the way lets get into this build. I already have the Aerocool Strike X St Black Edition and EVGA SuperNOVA NEX1500 1500 watt PSU. (In hindsight I realize I could have gotten a better PSU for much cheaper) With those two components my options are still wide open so I am not sure which way I want to go with this. I was thinking of an SR-2 setup with a 4-Way GPU setup not sure on which GPU yet either. I don't believe I have done sufficient research on that topic but anyways... I'm not sure which Xeon is the best to choose, I'm looking into the 6 core ones to take full advantage of the SR-2 without spending an obsene amount on money on processors because Xeons can get costly in the higher end CPUS. As for the RAM I'm just leaning towards 2133 mhz at 4GB or 8GB kits of 4 not sure which brand either just an idea. I'm also not sure what the 8GB sticks will have on the Setup as EVGA doesn't list any on their compatibility list for the SR-2. On to the storage I was thinking of maxing out the available SATA ports with 3 TB hard drives on each. and two 480GB SSDS. As for the CD Drive I have not yet specified any legit one would do. By the way all I want all this will be water cooled. I will go into detail about that later in the water cooling forum. Any Ideas/thoughts on an equal alternative or other options are fine by me. Thanks in advance for your input and taking the time to read all of this! As for funding for this setup, I work a ton of overtime and so it might take a while to gather all of the money for this build.

Motherboard: EVGA SR-2
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX1500
RAM: Any 4GB or 8GB 2133mhz kit (not sure which yet)
SSD: 2x 480 GB SSD (not sure which yet)
HDD: 5x 3 TB HDD (not sure which yet)
CPU: Intel Xeon X5690 Westmere-EP 3.46 GHz (just an idea lol)
Case: Aerocool Strike X St BE
GPU: 4x AMD 7970/GTX 680 or 8970/GTX 780 when they come out
CD Drive: Any current Drive that is known to be good is fine

That sums it Up! Thanks for checking this out Have a good day guys!

Maybe you should be looking at workstation cards instead of gaming cards. Get yourself a Quadro 5000 or something similar. You can still game fine on it.

I read somewhere that workstation cards were nothing but marketing schemes and something along the lines of the same performance can be achieved not sure how though. I'll look more into this later. Thanks for the advice though I will definitely look into the workstation cards at first I was thinking an AMD W9000 but then I saw the price tag and changed my mind lol
