Also, it isnt really these guys (the retailers) fault, its BFG.

And they've always been cool to me.

- Write the rma number on a few other sides of the package,
in case your label gets covered. This ensures the fastest
proccessing possible.

- Once we receive the card it's a 1 - 2 bussiness day
proccessing time. A replacement will then ship out ups
ground (usually 3 - 5 business days)

- If sending from Canada, make sure to properly identify the
card as a defective product to the shipper. If this is not
done, the shipper may charge a brokerage fee at the boarder.

BFG Support
They give specific directions on how they want their product shipped. I just sent mine in. So basically your in hot water because I REALLY doubt they'll send you the stuff because you didn't read their information provided to you.

On another note, once your item was received by BFG, how long did it take to get it back?

Geez sorry dude. I hate when the company screws me over to. Had this GL2 that was brand new and Canon wouldn't fix it! I actually emailed the Chairman of the Board and said how disappointed I was and they re-reviewed my case and then fixed it for free!

Lesson Learned: complain to the highest and say "I've been a buyer of your proudcts for so long..."(true for me) and "You are seriously making me consider buying <insert name of major competitor here> because of the level of customer care I have been recieving."

The retailers RMA policy clearly states that you MUST send them back EVERYTHING.

So really its the retailers fault for sending all of the stuff back, and not the card.

I did as they asked.

They didn't do as BFG asked.

So long as i get the DVI -> VGA adapter then there isnt really a problem.

If i can get everything back, then great.
