Could there be a possibility that Bios is denying me to Oc my rams to 2400 Mhz ? Because As i mention above my friend has the same Cpu , Ram the only thing that is different is our motherboard ? And one more thing he Cpu should run 3,4 Ghz but it runs 3,8 Ghz without Oc .

CPU manufacturing is not perfect and i think you got the non-"K" version. 3.8GHz is the turbo freq

Nope your board is fine , the CPU does not have a good IMC ( integrated memory controller) . Test your CPU on your mates MB with his memory I bet it does the same thing but his CPU on your board with your memory will work.

Think of your CPU as a car lets say a Family car and you buy racing tyres ( memory ) rated to 320 km/h. There is no way your family car will get you to 320 km/h .

Update - I'm gonna try to swap my Cpu with my friends and I 'l see if my Cpu is not working as it should from this perspective I 'l try to exchange it in the shop if that approves.

Update - today i received my new Cpu after my reclamation but the problem is that it's still not working on 2400 Mhz :C guess i have to live with 2000 mhz than ......

Damn that IMC !

Btw thanks for your help again for explaining to me this problem :]
