Razer Synapse doesn't remember my Mat...

Really straight forward....

I have a Razer DeathAdder 2013 with mat calibration. However, when I chose a mat, Synapse doesn't seem to remember the mat on next boot. It goes back to "select a mat".

Wondering if anyone knows anything about this...?

I'm not very sure but doesn't synapse 2.0 require you to be online to use your saved settings?

I remember this article from out news section about how a mouse can only be used as plug and play until you login.

I have same issue with DA2013. When I set my scarab mat, if i reboot it will not save and the LOD, it will be a bit higher. Probably a bug, hopefully it will be fixed in next couple of months... It's a minor annoyance but nothing too frustrating.

Yea, in truth, I can't quite tell the difference between the scarab calibrated and the scarab not calibrated, but it just seems like it would be best to have it properly calibrated at all times....hopefully you're right.

Manually calibrate your mouse and set desired LoD and proper calibration and LoD should kick in after each Synapse launch.

Ugh, do you mean it will fix the issue, or the manual calib. will become the mouse mat im using?

I have the same issue here - Razer Taipan + Razer Scarab. Synapse forgets which mat I've selected between reboots. Has there been any kind of workaround for this yet? It's a shame because Synapse is fantastic otherwise.

Glad to see others are having the same issue, thought it was my PC. But honestly, it's not a deal breaker for me, I just have to remember to go and set it when I reboot. It doesn't look as if you can send a bug report from the Synapse software.

Yes, Synapse doesn't seem to remember the mousepad when you close it. It doesn't need a system reboot, even if you close Synapse and then relaunch it the pad settings revert to default.

Does someone know what the calibration does exactly (is it just LOD or something more?) and if the Deathadder 2013 "remembers" the mousepad settings even with Synapse off, just like it does with DPI and polling rate?
