Trade my 120hz monitor for a 1440p monitor? - Page 3

Definitely not worth the trade, maybe upgrade to a better 120hz monitor (Not quite sure how well the planar performs). I can never go back to 60hz, but 1440p monitors are great too.

Is the monitor used? If so you could find out how far it can be over clocked might be able to hit a decent frame rate.

For the games you mentioned, I would take the motion over the picture quality. Sure, everything looks amazing in BF3 on 1440p, but the 60hz refresh rate is what turns me away instantly.
