The new Krait 2013 is a piece of junk - Page 4

^Not sure if thats entirely the issue here. I believe it's more of a combination of such variables.

If such curve was imposed, A3060 should theoretically feel better than A3090, though were dealing with two different tracking codes (albeit updated) with different algoritms.

Just pulled this mouse out of the closet to screw with it again and noticed that even changing from "online" to "offline" mode in Synapse 2 makes the cursor feel change completely. It's not even a small change, it's a drastic change. So not only is the hardware a disaster with this smoothing forced on by default, the Synapse 2 software seems to be designed by Rain Man.

Also more thoughts on the smoothing implementation. It's a drastic form of anti-jitter smoothing is the best way I can explain it, the only problem is, it's so drastic that it dulls down all the mouse's accuracy, completely defeating it's intended purpose as a gaming mouse (not to mention slightly increased cursor lag).

There's 900 DPI, 1000hz, 6/11 @ 2560x1440, was using 800 DPI before, not sure which feels better, it all feels interpolated in comparison to using a g400 with no driver installed or a g9x with no driver installed.

Roach, I've now tried my krait on two different PC's. One of the PC's hjas a 60hz monitor and the lag of the mouse felt unbearable. On the other PC i run 120hz, and I am not able to detect any significant lag or smoothing at all on this PC. It really feels like the screen hz has a huge effect on this perceived smoothing issue.

So Now Im wondering if I should purchase the 2013 or 3.5g. So there only one native bettween 100 - 6400 dpi? While the 3.5g has 1800 and 3500 right.

I uninstalled synapse yesterday and I feel the smoothing is there but with less lag.
I don't know if it is placebo but I feel now is much more responsive.

The DeathAdder 2013 has the 3988, versus the 3090 equivalent that is the 3888.
