So this is the tablet dominator?

Cortex-A15 and Snapdragon get the phones then, and Intel can have the premium hybrids

We've been writing Howler 8 on AMD processors, down to the c60 on an old netbook, and I am very pleased with that little box. It performs well for gaming and the battery life is astounding even under a 3d rendering load. I can't wait to see the Temash and other Jaguar chips in action. These days, any software worth its salt is going to be threaded, but with support for unified memory between the CPU and GPU coming in the new chips, we'll be able to move 90% of mission criticals to the GPU instead of the 3% we're using now. AMD is really going to shine then. Right now, it only makes sense to move very compute intensive tasks to the GPU because the memory copy would kill the advantage of the extra parallelism gained with the GPU for more real-time tasks.
