Are you planning on staying with AMD or would you go Intel?

For AMD you could get....
AMD 4400+ X2 2.4GHz cpu AM2
A nice Asus Mother board
Some OCz DDR2 PC5400 RAM

Intel you could do the same thing but with an Intel e6300 or possibly e6400 and then obviously a compatible motherboard. The asus.. P5W is it? thats a awsome board.

Good luck

If you have that big of a budget and by the looks of it your computer seems to run games fine, you might want to build a completely new computer and keep the old one or sell it. You could also do what the poster said above and also get a nice case aswell .

I'd get more RAM, and a new Video Card like an X1950 Pro.
