Looking good, except i'd pick a 120Gb SSD if possible so i could load some games in there. Samsung 840 Non pro, Intel 520 or 330 series, Plextor M5S, OCZ Vector are all very good choices. Don't pay attention to the SSD benchmarks as in real life the benchmark scores are pretty much irrelevant and the difference is second to none.
Tbh, you don't need a aftermarket cooler to hit 4.2Ghz. My chip is bad overclocker but i could still run 4.2Ghz under stock voltage, and many IB's run 4.4Ghz at stock volts.
If you're going to Crossfire then that's a ok-ish PSU, however i don't know what alternatives you have available in your location. A 500W would be ideal with plenty of headroom for overclocking, and about 650W for crossfire, unless you're going to go crazy with the gfx card voltages on water or something. That rig shouldn't pull more than 300W under gaming load when overclocked on air.
