Right, heres what i did...

i found these...

I used the bent up resistor to mount them in the PCI slot place...

This looked "cool" from the outside...

I took this principal, replaced "resistors" with "cable ties" and "rubbish tiny fans" with "Papst 92 mm fan" and i got...

I would get the highest cfm fan you can afford and put in the rear back blowing out. Then move the higher cfm fan that was in the back into the front intake, and call it good. Remember, air needs to flow from the front bottom to the top rear.

Dammit, that woulda been good!

Anyway- i have decent cooling now (reserator!), in fact, i think i might try the vMod on my card...

i would say it depends on ur case. my ps has no rear fan just a intake on the bottom and an exhaust on the front(inside the case) which makes the hot air flow into the top of my case so i had to do the opposite and put all intake on the back and exhaust out the front. very irregular but it works (look at sig, pessimistic averages too, usually a little lower) just all depends on ur system really

btw LOL u think thats ghetto? i gotta get some pics on mine on here. its uglier than shiat but....

Jakg: Hehe thanks for the pics, if it comes to that I think I will try that idea

KSIMP88: Thanks for explaining the different annoyance levels of dBA

AARDVARCUS: Yea I think I will try something like that... the fact that the HDD seems a little stupid placed in this Case doesnt make me entirely happy. Since it will always get hotter air through the Case then the temp I have in my room. Right now Transonic's idea of modding the Case seems like a good option, at least I would get a little cooler temps through the Case. Dont know if I should keep/remove the two in front or simply reduce them by CFM. And buy a farely good Side fan, and a strong one for the back.
