Hi, I just wanted to know if it is possible to change the A8N-E fan speed when the computer is not 100% working because it is very noisy.

Thanks

Well The Chipset Fan i wouldnt really change the speed of. Infact alot of times you cant.

However you can purchase new Chipset coolers that may do a better job of your current one.

Ye, I tried with SpeedFan but it did not work, yet there is a utility that is included in the installation CD which displays various temperatures and fan speeds... it really looks like the fan speed can be modified, otherwise why would you keep track of it?
