Why not just contact the actual support email/phone number instead?

Time to make some phone calls it seems.

I just got my 7970 from Newegg last week. The bundle was a card with a scratch-off area with the code I sent in to AMD for the Steam/Origin keys. The invoice and package shipping detailed the bundle the whole way. This is directly from my Newegg invoice:

Both of my 7970s, bought from Amazon, didn't come with a card. Instead I received an e-mail from Amazon with the redeemable codes.

I called support 5 minutes ago, they sent the codes for free in the mail now, so no problem. smile.gif (Didn't want to call Komplett due to waiting for 15 minutes before being able to get trough last time, but this time I got trough instantly.) thumb.gif

Nice! Glad it got resolved.

I just bought a 7970 and NCIX and they actually just emailed me the code instead of shipping a card. So I guess every company does it differently.
Either way, glad they just accepted that they forgot to send it instead of giving you a hard time.

So, can someone please explain where this unique ID is located? jealoussmiley.gif

Just an FYI, if I were you I wouldn't even touch those codes until you are 100% sure that your card is completely stable and you are not going to have to refund it. If you use the codes and something goes wrong with your card and you want a refund, they will take $160 off the price of your card. This has happened to many people. Just be weary. I should be getting my Sapphire Dual-X 7950 tomorrow with the never settle bundle and it is going to be at least a month before I use the codes provided.

Also, I haven't received an email with the codes and I placed my order on Saturday. Does this mean I should call? Or are they going to come with my package?
