Double PSU Case Build

Hi, I'm thinking of building a car computer as funds allow, so far, ive bought myself a minibox M4 ATX power supply, which is like a board with 3 inputs for the positive, ignition and ground of the car.

The case will be the SFX form factor

Due to the components probably stressing the psu, i was thinking of getting a second power supply and linking them using the lian li atx adapter.

The only issue i have is actually making the case to fit them in. I have access to a CAD machine but i wouldnt know how to actually design the case.

Preferably it should have a fan to keep them cool incase they ever get hot but thats all i can think of
Is there anyone who could draw me a quick template so i could cut it out, fold it and install the psu?
Thanks
Jay

nah , acrylic is ok i guess , but they do build up static i read somewhere

but its easier to "glue" a acrylic box than bend or use some L fasteners to hold the box together

can you measure the PSU boards ? and take a picture of how are they going to be arranged and where the fan will be mounted

i need the measurments and ill be ready to make a "box"

remember that as acurate as posible , in milimeters would be nice , but just as long as you measure with something like a caliper or a ruler or something like that

I measured this up, and sort of made a box, feel free to remake it or suggest any improvements, i was thinking if i used acrylic, it would be a good oppertunity to put in a window too

Anyways, heres what i came up with

What do you think
Edit: Where it says on the second image, 1mm sticks out, thats actually 2mm

the bit that sticks out that little bit will stay inside the case on my design

In the design i did, it was a bit like a sandwich, with one screwed to the bottom and one the top, but design it however you think it might work best, it has to be in the SFX form factor with a max depth of 100mm, this is why between the 2 psu's was the only place i could think of putting a fan, you could even put 2 40mm fans in, but yeah thats the bit i couldn't figure out

It should be a bit easier now, I'm sticking to the same design, it should be done by friday, but i need to find a place to mount the fans, and now that i've changed to using a lian li Q08B, there's a lot more space to mount a fan, i was thinking an 80mm on top, and a rear exhuast, the power supplies will hardly produce any heat so the internal heat shouldnt be a problem
What would you suggest?
