well i reinstalled windows multiple times (which may be my problem) and it always seems to crash to be come sluggish. so i dont think it is a driver issue. And i will check out the link but i already sent an email to dfi's techsupport, still waiting to hear back from them.

Call them once every hour and be sure to leave a message or you will be waiting quite a while. When I had to RMA my board it was a pain. They have one of the phone systems that send you straight to voicemail.

When you reinstalled those multiple times, did you go into disk management to make the computer recognize those drives?

Disk management resides in a Windows service Unless you mean something else.
