Huh? What "crap"? Your temps are extremely high, therefore you have no choice but to open the side panel and check to see if the Intel stock heatsink is installed securely. It needs to be so secure that you could be convinced that it's welded to the motherboard. That's how secure it needs to feel. If it's loose at all, then you will need to reinstall it immediately.
