So long story short, my ZR30W has a couple stuck pixels and i got a case approved and they are sending an on site technician for it. Now my question is what should I expect? I've never done something like this where a company sends a technician to check on a product. Knowing HP, I more than likely will get a refurb'd as a replacement.
