Recuva from Piriform is by far the best file recovery program (in my opinion). It's saved my hide multiple times over.

What kind of files you want to repair?
Stellar Phoenix (Google it) has all sorts of tools to repair damaged or non readable files. Give it a go and see what happens.

I recommend you to use R-Studio. It is not expensive and will recover your files.

This is because the deleted files were either damaged or corrupted due to virus/malware attack.

You can try free or paid mode or both and see if anyone out there can help you on this. Though, I recommend you to try ano the methods only after removing the problem drive from the system and connecting to another working computer.

Good Luck!!
