i have 2m of 7/16' primoflex tubing,, in that size so i don't need clamps for 1/2' barbs. but i can't get it to fit to the heatcore i have, it's only slightly too big so how can i force the tubing on. (th heatcore came with barbs, will be mounted to the top of my case, an is roughly 19cm x 14cm x 6cm.

i put my 7/16th tubing in near boiling water then slipped it over the 1/2 barb, worked nicely, as in snug, but it was still frustrating.

If heating isn't enough, use some KY or other water-based lubricant.

ok, thanks. second question, will the heater core be enough to cool and OCed 7950 and an i7-2600k at 5Ghz? if not, i can get an 80mm rad, an 120mm rad, or a smaller heatcore.
