I just cannot, I just spent like 600$ on monitors and cannot keep splurging, this is already splurging changing platforms to do this, new case, psu, mobo, and cooler.

You are gonna end up tri sli as your gpu gets cheaper and games get more demanding down the road. Go with the gigabyte sniper if you are multi monitor gaming. It makes sense to do it now and spend the extra $100 bucks.
