So for a i5 2500k oc 4.5 ghz and 2 gtx 460 sli.
Would a 630 rosewell 80% green work

Easily. Biggest misconception people have is that just because they're running SLI they need a 1200W psu. You could probably get away with a good 550W power supply.

Yep, you probably wouldn't even max out 600. Go for your life.
