Logitech G700

So I currently have the G700. I like it, never really used the wireless functionality. The teflon on the sides are starting to rip and tear apart after a couple of years of use, I got it when it was released basically (2010)

So I'm looking for a replacement. I do game however "gaming" mice are all gimmicky IMO and you pay the premium.

I play all sorts of genres including MMOs/MMORPGs, FPS, MOBA, RTS, etc..

I have small to average sized hands I guess? I think my hands are similar sized to Linus haha.

I either use my mouse palm or claw grip, but I think I'm mostly claw though

Thanks!

I am pretty sure there is no Teflon on the sides. Do you mean on the bottom? If so you could just ask for new feet from Logitech.

Otherwise CM Spawn seems to be the flavour of the week claw grip wise, but you lose a lot of buttons moving from the G700 (I would struggle without them now for most types of game)(I don't use the wireless either). I have no experience with the the Spawn personally.

If you wanted to stick to Palm grip and extra buttons Corsair has just revised the M90 so look for the M95 but then you are paying the premium price for gaming peripherals again. IMO in most cases the extra quality and functionality is worth the money from premium products (not so much with Razer rolleyes.gif).

Sorry, I meant the rubberized feel/skin.

I emailed Logitech for a replacement because G700 is honestly the only mouse that appeals to me. Waiting for an answer

As for the M90/M95, the buttons... are not the same size.. dunno how well that would work

"Gaming" peripherals is honestly a gimmick/marketing thing IMO. It gives manufactures a reason to markup the prices. Just my 2cents.
