For all NV driver after 306.79 you got to use base 13 Core offset for Overclocking for best stability.

Lower the memory by -20 for now.

Lower the GPU core by -13 or -26 for now (new drivers make the cards lock to 13 MHz increments, that's where the 13 and 26 come from.)

See if it's stable with slightly lower clocks, then work your way up. I had to drop my memory by 15 and the core by 13 to get these drivers to run stable for more than just an hour or so in BF3 - With the reduced clocks, I was fine. I tried reducing the clocks with these drivers prior to following the guide linked above, and got crashes, so don't skip the guide and assume it's just an OC issue.
