As far as the power limits, (base gpu power/max gpu power, total card power etc.) I did play around with them quite a bit, however I do not have one of every card out there, so again I have to rely on the community to provide feedback. I did have a lot of PE owners say they were having trouble, one PE owner I modded his bios by hand and raised all the possible power levels, he reported back as It still did not help so I left it be.

As stated many times before, the PE bios is broken. The current *fix* is a Galaxy BIOS, that seems to work (except for the fan profile).

Using the OP info, I'm finally able to stabilize 1241MHz @ 1.21v. Before it would cause the card to down clock.
Right now I'm 15w over TDP. Not sure if I could push it more.
