Kingston SSDnow V300 or Crucial M4?

Picking one of these up from Staples in a bit.
Pricing aside, which would you recommend and why? I'll be using it as a boot/programs drive.

Both great drives but, in mu opinion the M4 us starting to show it´s age with the slower write speeds-


M4
Sequential Write Up to 175 MB/s
Sequential Read Up to 500 MB/s
* Random 4k Read: 40,000 IOPS
* Random 4k Write: 35,000 IOPS

V300
Sequential Reads up to: 450MB/s
Sequential Write up to: 450MB/s

Thanks man, ended up picking up the V300 so it looks like I made a good choice!
