Looking for program or method to start and stop a program at certain times of the day and week

I'd like the ability to automatically start a program in Windows 7 Professional at a certain time of the day and then stop that program at another time of the day if it is running.

Bottom line: I'd like to set up a scheduler to automatically start the Folding@Home client at 6pm and stop it at 7am, Monday through Friday, then on Friday at 6pm have it turn on and stay on until Monday at 7am.

I could see me using this scheduler for other applications as well.

Free or cheap would be preferable since I will need this on several machines.

I used a batch file to do something similar.
I would use the "timeout" command to check every 15 minutes whether or not my clients were folding or not.
Could do something like that but it would be a bit of a pain to set up and there's probably a program that does it better tongue.gif

Yeah, that is what I'm hoping.

I can use Windows built in task scheduler to start it easy enough, and I've been experimenting with using the TASKKILL command to try to stop it using the same scheduler, but I'm having mixed results, and I was wondering if someone has run across something much easier to setup and maintain.

I got the TASKKILL command working (TASKKILL /F /IM FAHC*) and it is set up as a separate scheduled, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to set it up so that it doesn't kill the program on the weekend. Well, I guess I could run the Start FAH schedual on a daily, and just run the Stop FAH on a weekly and just check off Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.

We'll see how that works.
