Memory advice

Thread Starter
I'm looking to build an E6300 system with a DS3 Gigabyte motherboard and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction in the terms of, will DDR667 (PC25300) memory be adequate for OC'ing the E6300 to around 3.0 - 3.3Ghz and what make would be best suited. Any suggestions would be great!

that's near DDR2 1000 speeds, so i would recommend going with some DDR2 800.
