Fanless PSU recommendation

I'm putting together my final build for my HTPC and I'm about to pull the trigger on one of 2 fanless PSU's.

I'll be getting either the 400w or the 460w Seasonic fanless platinum PSU and need suggestions/opinions on which one to go for.
all the machine will be running is an Asus P8H61-M (possibly replacing this with the P8H61-I at a later date), i2500k, 2x 4gb sticks, 3TB Seagate drive, a 60GB SSD and a couple of 120mm quiet fans. In future I may add a blu-ray drive.

No I dont imagine this will need anywhere near 400w and the most advanced thing this will be doing is 3D Blu-Ray playback and that wont be very often. Will it be better to go for the 400w due to what its going to be doing or is the 460 a better bet? I'm not sure if the 460w would generate any extra heat over the 400 and obviously with this being an HTPC I need to keep the heat and therefore the noise to a minimum.

Based on the load you could be pulling at any given time I can't imagine there would be much heat difference between them to be honest. It's always best to bump up to the higher level just because you never know what will happen down the road and you would regret just not jumping to the higher model. I guess I'd also have to weigh in on the price difference, if substantial I'd go with the 400.

I've looked into a fanless model myself and the only road I would ever go down would be Seasonic which I see you would know since your a member of the X Club.

Thanks for that. C ave to say i love my seasonic and was even tempted just to get another of those given that I've not yet heard the fan kick in on that on my main rig but the idea of fanless is too appealing dor this build. The 460 is only 10 quid more and the 400 so i will go with that based on your recommendation. Thank you.
