i apologize if my statement about vram was inappropriate, im just relaying what ive heared myself, which is even in some scenarios 2gb barely exceeds the ussage of vram at just 1080p meaning 3-4gb is preffereable for anything higher.

again, if this is wrong ill respectfuly withdraw my statement.

OP, it's up to you to decide if you need to upgrade. Are you getting the performance you want? If so, then don't waste your cash. If not, then yea upgrade if you want to.

I will buy another power supply if I SLI my card. Thanks guys for your inputs, I think I'll wait what 700s have to offer.

it's all good. you did nothing wrong.
there is so much different information out
there I myself have made statements
about things because someone or
some review misinformed me.biggrin.gif

I would keep the 670 and wait until the next GPU generation.

Always wait to upgrade on a graphics card industry I think, it's not a best choice, though. I mean...If you are not happy with the performance of your current 670, then grab a second 670 is not a bad choice I think...even compared to the 780, I think your SLI 670 (if you decide to purchase it) still can outperform a single 780, IMO.

Once you grab a 780, you will wait again for a "good" driver...(If you know what I mean).

But again, it's your money, your decide...just put my opinion. thumb.gif
