Best radiator for the money?

Thread Starter
Suggestions, if you please. I am starting a new build that will determine the fate of mankind. Ok, just the fate of how many frames per second that I am able to get on my next gaming/benchmarking rig (single 1440p @ 120hz). Thus, we begin anew, starting with the cooling system. I will be using three triple 120mm radiators and possibly one single radiator 120mm to cool three GPUs, a mobo chipset, and, of course, a CPU. What do you suggest is the best radiator for the job? My current build sports three XSPC RX360 radiators, which I will keep in this particular build. The new radiators will go in the new build, thus the question for suggestions for new ones. Please suggest away! Thank you.

The differences between radiators, especially while under load is very, very small. The RX rads are already amongst the best.

imo it really comes down to the fans you get, as long as you have enough rad and decent fans you'll be good.

In that case, should I just go for the cheapest 360 rads available? Right now, it looks like the Swiftech MCR320 QP @ $54.99 would be the cheapest buy.

That Swiftech that I mentioned earlier is on the bottom of the list most of the time. Looks like I goofed up in picking that one.

Alphacool nexxxos full copper rads. They do great with little airflow and they make those 80mm thick Monsta rads which are just beast. They don't cost a whole lot either.

Go and get Brass pipe car radiator biggrin.gif . Belive me it can hold a lot of heat and it's a lot cheaper wink.gif .
And the best part is that sometimes it doesn't require any fans (depends on load and size).
